We Identify Your Locality

Where do most of your team members commute from?

We ask for your preferred locality — the area that's most convenient for your team's daily commute. This is critical. We use this data to map demand density across neighbourhoods. When enough interest clusters in a specific area (e.g., Coimbatore RS Puram or Chennai Nungambakkam), we activate that location for sourcing.

We Source the Commercial Property

Our real estate team actively searches your area.

Using AcresLoop's proprietary real estate network, our agents identify commercial properties in the target locality — ground floors, office buildings, or commercial complexes. We negotiate the best lease terms on behalf of the group. Because we aggregate multiple businesses, we have significantly better bargaining power than any single startup.

We Aggregate & Confirm Participants
